Household Manager will oversee the general operation of the 14,000 square foot smart home and work closely with the Executive Assistant. Additional responsibilities include planning, organizing and coordinating events, managing household calendars and schedules, arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects , paying household bills and completing any other requested administrative /household tasks. Would be a plus if the household manager is trained in culinary or a very good cook.


-Manage and maintain in-home business office
-Leason with executive office assistant
-Calendar all events
-Receive and open mail
-Personal tasks of behalf of Lady and Gentleman
-research tasks
-Hand write "Thank you" letters and notes
-Travel arrangements and all logistics related thereto
-create/maintain all household inventory files
-maintain computer and office equipment
-Routine errands (shopping , gift purchases, dry cleaning, grocery, etc)
-vehicle care
-make list for housekeeping and lawn maintenance staff


Client situation. Husband wife in their mid 30's. They have a one year old child together and he has another 2 children from a previous marriage.
They have a nanny and two housekeepers that work 3 days a week.
This family likes to have their weekends to themselves.
Family Travels a lot to Colorado, NY etc.


Compensation: $65-$100k, live-out with corporate level benefits. Must be USA authorized for permanenet, full time employement. Local applicants given priority.
